State of things
The fire broke out on the balcony. By gradually acquiring the force of fire, the frame of the plastic window broke and the glass filler broke. The combustion gases have heavily contaminated the entire area of the apartment, and some building components have been thermally damaged even inside the interior (laminate floor, wiring, inventory).
Remedial works
First of all, it was necessary to ensure that the burned windows were temporarily restrained. The whole apartment was chemically decontaminated, damaged plastic windows and floating floor were replaced. The inventory of the apartment was also chemically decontaminated, and finally, the whole apartment was repainted and using ozonisation fire smoke was removed. Reconstruction work on the balcony included renovation of thermal insulation, exterior silicate plaster, tiling work and painting work.
